Some fine print :

Gift credits must be used within a 15 months of issue (one year, plus a couple months wiggle room.)
Credits must be applied only to tattoos done at my Brooklyn studio, @EstuaryTattoo
Credits must be communicated in advance - so please don’t show up to a regularly scheduled appointment and surprise me with a gift certificate! They can definitely be applied to an already-booked appointment, I just need a heads up to plan my schedule accordingly. :)
Please note there can be up to a 2 month turnaround time for booking appointments.
- I sometimes have short-notice availability, but in general please try to reach out at least 1-2 months in advance of when you’d like to actually come in, so that we can ensure scheduling you around your preferred time.
- I schedule gift credit clients as “priority booking clients", meaning that if there isn’t a day you like on my current scheduling form, you get to pick you preferred dates first, as soon as I have a new dates become available. Appointments are always scheduled by email, never by DM, text, or any other point of contact.
- I do my best to accommodate everyone on the timelines they prefer, but do appreciate some understanding and flexibility as I am just one person wearing all the hats at my small business. ☼
